I HATE PEOPLE!
Go to the pet store and get kitten formula and canned kitten food, and the tiny baby bottles for newborn kittens. Start with lukewarm formula in the bottles ever 2-3 hours. Once you can convince them to try eating out of a dish, you can mix the formula in with canned kitten food where it's soupy, and they tend to like that.
Re: bottle feeding, you have to be careful with tiny kittens because you don't want to force too much formula -- they can literally drown in it. And when you're feeding, when you think they might have had enough, watch their little ears. When they start bobbing, they're just almost finished (and it's too cute for words).
Cow's milk is NOT good for them. Their little systems are not equipped for it and might upset their bellies and cause diarrhea. It also doesn't have proper nutritional value, and they will starve to death if that's all they're getting. The formula and tiny bottles are not very expensive at all, so please get them ASAP, and thank you for taking care of the poor helpless babies! they got lucky.

A baby bottle is WAY to big for a tiny kitten. WAl-mart, and any pet -supply store will have a speacialized bottle and milk formula for kittens. I would take the kitty to the vet first though, she will probably be able to give you a bottle and formula, as well as instructions on how to get the kittens to the best start. Hope they do good!!

Just went through this with my daughter about 9 mounths ago. We went to Walmart (petstore would work, too) and found some really small feeding bottles for kittens and puppies. We fed them a powdered kitten milk formula at first, but it got expensive quick. After a little research, I found a soy-based baby formula that worked real well. the kittens are now cats and they are very healthy. Good Luck!!!

You can get cans of powder formula at pet shops called "Mother's Helper". One is for kittens and one is for puppies. Powder form is least expensive and doesn't expire in a few days. There are instructions on the can about when & how much to feed. If you can't afford to purchase the needed supplies and explain the situation to your local humane society, someone from there may give you the needed items to foster the kittens until ready for adoption.

I just read thru the answers you got, and I must say Shadycat's answer is exactly what'd I suggest you do -- Avoid at all costs cows' milk as cats are lactose-intolerant! Hard to believe, but very true!

kitty food. give it some milk every once and a while(once a week). until it is about 1 year old. then you need to just give it kitty food. cats like cheese. give it a little corner of cheese and that can be her treat sometimes. "Pounce" is a good kitty treat too, but you should give it to the kitty after it is 1 year old. The soft treat is what my cat likes. Kitty food like the saucey type stuff is good.

KMR (Kitten milk replacer). You can get it at a pet food store. This is if they can't eat food, if they can, get them babycat food made by Royal Canin (they can eat this around 4-6 weeks of age).

There are several things you can get at pet stores. If they are too young to be weaned something such as KMR Powder by Pet Ag at Petsmart would be good.
