it is very possible to fall out of love, and love again. I was in a two year relationship with a guy, he was my first love, and he was another first. I was definitely in love with him. but things changed somewhere along the way. im not sure where or when, but i think i knew i wasnt in love with him anymore, but i was comfortable. i didnt realize how much had actually changed till i met someone else. you know the saying you think you have the best, till something better comes along?? so true. i have now been with my FIANCEE for 5 years now. i dont think i was ever this happy with my first love. although he will always have a special place because he was a first. so yes, you can definitely falll out of love, and love again!! sorry this was so long.

Of course it is possible to fall out of love, since people change and over time can grow apart. Sometimes we are left with no other choice but to get over it and try to love again. Even when you are hurting so badly it is possible to feel ready to give love another chance, and being ready to do so does not indicate that you were never in love, it may just mean that you were ready to love someone else.
