I fell and hit my head about 3hours ago (It wasnt a particularly hard knock) I wasnt unconscious or anything, just got a slight headache. About 30minutes ago my arms/hands got all weak and tingly, but that only lasted about 5 minutes, should I be worried? Is it even be related to my fall?

Blurred vision
Nausea/Vomitting
you did experience the headache and tingling get yourself checked out, dont leave it.

Sometimes confusion, or fuzziness is a problem, Concentration is lacking, headache is a problem, blurred vision.. the thing is symptoms do not always show up right then.. they can come out even 2 weeks later.

No. You are probably OK. It is important though to rest for a few hours. If you weren't knocked out then you won't have a problem with a concussion.
