You shouldn't be on the computer asking questions, when you should be seeing a doctor. A concussion you say, look for the signs.
Headache
Blurred vision
Nausea/Vomitting
you did experience the headache and tingling get yourself checked out, dont leave it.

You might want to have it checked out just in case. Usually one pupil will be larger than the other. Sometimes confusion, or fuzziness is a problem, Concentration is lacking, headache is a problem, blurred vision.. the thing is symptoms do not always show up right then.. they can come out even 2 weeks later.

No. You are probably OK. It is important though to rest for a few hours. If you weren't knocked out then you won't have a problem with a concussion.

that is relatively helpful to have it regarded at purely in case. frequently one student would be extra effective than the different. sometimes confusion, or fuzziness is a situation, concentration is lacking, headache is a situation, blurred creative and prescient.. the element is indications do no longer consistently take place top then.. they are able to return out even 2 weeks later.

Usually a concussion is from when you hit your head really hard, or lose consciousness.
However if your really worried call and talk to your doc. It can't hurt.

keep an eye on how you feel and in relation(time)to your fall. if you fell funny or anything, go to a doctor with your notes.

You could very well have a consussion, At the very least call your doctor on the phone and see what he recommends.I hope that you are ok, and it isn't anything serious.
