He pees in the potty and after he started to do #2 he tell us he needs to use the potty. He just started a new daycare and I'm having problems because the school said the three year old children have to clean thereselves after doing #2, and there's no way a 3 year old can clean thereselves properly without making a mess.

it's true. cuz most kids that are potty trained learn that when they are 2 and a half. they are telling you that, b/c all of the 3 year olds that they have are able to do that w/o asking for help. they can't have a child in their class that can't use the bathroom by themselves and so on. b/c they have other kids to watch, they don't have time to change a diaper or to just help one child. i've been there, and it's hard. you can't take your eyes off the children just to tend to a certain child for 1 min. unless you ask for another person to watch the kids while you do. and how many times a day is that? that's why your child MUST be fully potty trained before transitioning into the three's.

My son 3 year old son has a problem with this as well. Go and get him some of the new flushable baby wipes. They work great and get them really clean. I even provided a box of them for the daycare so that he could use them there. Works for us :0)

At 3, they should be cleaning themselves. He might not be doing a great job but thats part of potty training.

I know how you feel! Pack some baby wipes in a bag for him. In the meantime, try and teach him how to wipe when he's at home. Hopefully, he just goes when he gets home.

Provide him with wet wipes or something like that, it will make it a little easier for him. Try to get him to do it at home also.
