Just curious what you think. I love roughs, I have 4! A tri-headed white, 2 sable puppies, and 1 sable/merle. I LOVE blue merles though. I need one. LOL

I love both! I just love dogs in general but I tend to side with bigger dogs and rough collies are slightly better, in my opinon.

I think the rough are prettier but that is a lot of hair for a working dog and I think they would be hard to clean up if your actually used them as herding dogs.
If I wanted one for a house pet I love the blue merle roughs.

tough Collies are extra sit down back. They do get severe strung yet instruct it in a diverse way and not as oftentimes. a coarse Collie proprietor will inform you that they are very loving clever, gently canine this is real. I actual have not ever seen a gentle coated collie yet each so often how they are bred to cause them to the breed they are has plenty to do with the temperament. Border Collies are neurotic lots of the time, extra like "what are you going to do to me" reactions.

merle's are pretty, but I like the tri colors best. Smoothe.
