My hairdresser recommends biotin shampoo, for thinning hair. Nexxus makes a nice biotin shampoo and you can find it in any salon.

I personally love Frederick Fekkai, but it's pricey. They have a Protein Rx shampoo that I can't wait to try when I finish what I have. Sometimes it's good to switch shampoo every couple of months or so. You can find Frederick Fekkai at Sephora, they have many different formulas, and the specialists that work there can help you find what is right for you. I kind of have the same condition as you. I have been using Head and Shoulders and Garnier Fructis every other day. And then Garnier Fructis conditioner to top it off. I say do what you think you like the most and interchange it every other day. But I think that Head and Shoulders fixes it the most.

Rather difficult question you ask! I have tested and tried many hair products. Although my hair type personally is quite different than yours, I have naturally curly, dry, frizzy, fine kind of hair. In testing and trying I have come across Nioxin products which may suit your needs. You should also consult a salon stylist for their opinion of products in the market place as they have the professional knowledge for your particular hair type.

Suave! I love what it does with my hair. I used it my whole life and I have full, thick, wavy, long hair. Plus, it smells very good. Try the ocean breeze! I get compliments on how my hair smells good all the time.
