Do you mean emancipate?

Emancipate means to achieve freedom from slavery or oppression, bondage or servitude.

If you are a slave, you must run away from your master. If you are being oppressed, you must fight back. If you are in bondage, pay the bond and get out. If you are a servant, find a different job.

Most importantly you'll have to prove to the judge that you are capable of taking care of yourself. From your question, it does not appear that you are at that point yet. I recommend focusing on school and growing up.

you file a petition with the probate courts, then go before a judge to get approval for the emancipation.

go to the court for paperwork...but when before the judge you need proof you are working and can pay rent and all expenses.
