Sure, especially if it's for a sandwich. Tuna is very healthy. Sometimes I just dump the can out into a bowl and put salt and pepper of it and eat it like that.

. . . it is cheaper to buy 10 lbs. of fresh tuna-fish , when it is on Sale ! ! !
and pack them into 20 sandwich bags....roughly 1/2 ibs. each ...and store them in
freezer ...when you want to eat fish , take 1 bag out , and let it defrost for about 4
hours and cook it on low -flame for about 15 minutes . . .

always...i just got finish with one myself. those cans are sooo tiny, they only seem like a lot if your cookin with it and spread it around, like with mac & cheese. and anyway its normal to eat till you're full. if it takes a whole can, it takes a whole can.
