It could be depression. When we suffer from depression it can make us feel constantly drained of energy because all of our energy is taken up with our emotional problems. If she is depressed she may need medical help, or she may just need a bit more emotional support from you

If you really seriously want to know have a look at your wifes schedule -
mine is 6am up feed dogs.
630 packed lunches for children
645 shower
7-830 breakfast with kids and sorting out school run
9am walk dogs for min of 2 miles
10am work - quiet stressful
2pm - home to do housework
330pm collect kids from school
4pm help with homework whilst preparing dinner
5pm sort out washing
6 family dinner
Do I need to go on - a woman is always the first one up and the last one to bed. Being a working mother is having two jobs (not mentioning the part time cleaning job thrown into the mix) !!!!!!!
If you really cannot understand why she is tired swap roles for a couple of days and see how you feel.

Do you see a change in pattern of her activities? In other words, is she doing more than before? If yes, that could be it. However, if no, you may want to explore the thought that she might be pregnant. My wife was very tired for a time and we were wondering why. She thought she had a virus or something. Only to find out she was 10 weeks pregnant.

a woman has more responsibilities than you think. to make her not as tired stop asking her to do things you can do just as good as she can, like getting you something to drink or handing you something just because you dont want to get up, and help her out with some of the house work. it will make her feel better and it will let her know she can really depend on you.

Children, housework, she could have a real medical problem so if you're worried about her that much then take her to the doc. Why don't you try to help her out a little more, cook for her once in a while and so on.

Get her to take an iron supplement or to eat liver ( i prefer the iron supplement). She may be anaemic like me. If I don't take the iron I am falling asleep 3 hours after I get up!
