In parts (I.E. Ounces or cups...)
1 part kosher salt
1/2 part garlic powder
1/2 part onion powder
1/2 part black pepper
1/2 part sweet paprika
1/2 part chipotle powder (smoked chili - find in the spice isle)
1/4 part cumin
Note: For pork and chicken, add 2 parts dark brown sugar to above.

you don't need a dry rub for beef. just use cavendar's greek seasoning.
