Montreal steak seasoning, season salt, onion powder, garlic powder and prepared mustard.

Mix parts to taste...
4 parts season salt
3 parts steak seasoning
1 part onion powder
1 part garlic powder
1 part prepared mustard

In parts (I.E. Ounces or cups...)

1 part kosher salt
1/2 part garlic powder
1/2 part onion powder
1/2 part black pepper
1/2 part sweet paprika
1/2 part chipotle powder (smoked chili - find in the spice isle)
1/4 part cumin

Note: For pork and chicken, add 2 parts dark brown sugar to above.

Dry Rub for Beef

2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dry mustard
1-2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp garlic powder

you don't need a dry rub for beef. just use cavendar's greek seasoning.

My standard is (in measures of parts)

2 part salt
2 parts pepper
1 part chili powder
1 part onion powder
1 part garlic powder
1 part crushed coriander
1 part of curry and cumin blend
