I`m black and my hair has always been to mid-back but no further than that, how do i get it to grow past that usual length?

You can take prenatal vitamins...that will help your hair, skin, and nails all look and grow better! I take them and my hair grows really fast! I have to keep it colored bc of the new growth LOL! Good Luck!

She's right, prenatal vitamins will help. But it might be that your hair won't grow any longer. All hair has a cycle of growing, 'resting', and falling out. How long your hair gets depends on how long the growth phase is. That's where the vitamins come in, they lengthen that phase.

Don't stop cutting it. Keep the dead ends trimmed and it will grow quicker. It'll also look and feel healthier. You need a trim approximately every 6 weeks
