80's that was like the big hair decade. Piled up bangs, big curls sometimes a perm... just BIG. Watch some older movies; Footloose, the old Dirty Dancing, even like in 13 going on 30 the hairstyles as she's a girl yeah that's pretty much the stuff. Or just do a yahoo image search that brings up tonz of stuff. Basically if you go BIG you can't go wrong. :)
