Well this is what you can do? Your priest will come to the where ever it is that Muslims get married in, "and he will go". The priest will do the catholic ceremony with you, while the "Muslim" man that gives the rights to "marry" does what he dose to the groom or your hubby. For better advice ask your priest and don't be scared of him he know best and has all the right answer's for you.

a pretty tricky question..hmm..im a Muslim girl and in my religion a Muslim man can marry any woman of any religion but a Muslim woman can only marry a Muslim like her. Hence, i think and please don't think im actin like a fanatic in here but that's just an opinion.. i think the wedding ceremony should be held in a mosque. and i think the Muslim groom knows that for sure by now. However if the Catholic bride wants to have the ceremony in the church then why not?..it is her right..let's think of a compromise.. let them go to the Church and mosque as well and let a priest and a Shekh run the 2 ceremonies.. thats all i can think of, dear. the groom should respect the bride's religion and go to the church as well.

Have it outdoors in a garden or at a non-secular venue (maybe the same place as the reception). Find a way of combining both ceremonies into one and have 2 officiants (Catholic & Muslim) present to perform the separate parts.

Hmm...not in a church! Do an outside wedding, since it's warm and pretty with all the flowers. As far as the ceremony, try to mix in muslim and catholic, to make it creative.

Go to an interfaith chapel or marry them with the justice of the peace (a judge). Otherwise one will have to convert if they want to marry under one of their faiths. I've seen a lady friend convert to the muslim faith before.

I would use elements from both faiths to make a unique ceremony that blends both in one. As to the where, it could be outdoors, or you could find a non-denominational church.
