Not in Southern California, especially in Orange County. Every girl is fake and only cares about what kind of car you drive and the size of your house, etc. Trust me, I lived here my whole life. I only date girls that just move here. My current girlfriend is from the Mid West but lives here now and she is great. Hopefully the women she has become friends with will not rot her brain after some time.

Don't look so hard!!! I gave up on men a year and a half ago after being royally screwed over. I found out that a friend of mine wanted to go out on a date, and i wasn't ready. I reluctantly said yes, and here we are, 15 months later and planning a wedding.
Don't obsess over finding someone. You'll meet them soon enough.

I would suggest a non-denominational Bible Study,
or church, or a friend's graduation open-house, enroll
in some kind of class where different kinds of people
have interest, and a swim pool where you get a good
look at the girls, at a job where gals might work also.

What do you like? Library, sporting events, video game stores, coffee shops? Go to the places you like to go and start conversations with new people.
When you find the right one, it will be worth it.
It takes a lot of patience and no fear! lol.
