Eating the wrong food? Try different types of protein and less starch. Perhaps you have intestinal parasites? I know it sounds gross, but a surprising amount of the population have undiagnosed parasites that have been there for some time, and can continue to live in your intestinal tract.

You can try to eat multiple small meals as opposed to 3 large meals. Perhaps you have a fast metabolism or what about the food you are eating? Fast food and the stuff that's not so good for us fills us up but then we are hungry soon after. Are you doing a lot of exercise or anything that would use up your food energy? Sometimes we eat when we are stressed or bored (even though we may not think we are either one). As long as you're not an unhealthy weight for your age or height (which it doesn't appear that you are) and you're eating some healthy foods in there (fruits, veggies, water!!) then I wouldn't worry unless you really feel there is something wrong. You can always go to your doctor or a nutritionist and just ask. Better to be safe than sorry!

If your losing weight while still eating alot and your thirsty all the time and drinking alot of water and urinating more you should see a doctor immediately. You could have diabetes. If you don't have those symptoms you probably have a high metabolism and that's really nothing to worry about. Also your body can be mistaking hunger for thirst. So if your hungry an hour after you eat have a couple glasses of water.

You're a late teen-early twenty somthing male. When I was that age, I would order two large pizzas. Eat one when I picked them up and the other when I got home. 25 years later, 3-4 slices are enough.
What you are experiencing is called growing. Enjoy!!!

Maybe your body is telling you it wants to eat more often. Try eating 6 small meals a day. Or eat a healthy snack between meals.

Could be you have a really fast metabolism. Or maybe you eat cause you are bored or nervous if not you may be really hungry because you ar enot eating the foods that your body needs to stay full and healthy. Or maybe you just love food!

You could have a really high metabolism, or you could just be thirsty. Try drinking two glasses of water when you get hungry after a meal to see if that's the problem.

If you're still growing, then you're probably just filling in. And maybe you should try to eat more when you eat. Some people can just eat a lot, and if you're active then maybe you burn it right up after you eat.

I would try to eat a little bigger portion. Also eat things with more fiber and drink plenty of water. That should help keep you full longer.
