The thing is i have noticed that when you take it out of the fridge it turns in to a jellowy state and when you heat it in the microwave you get the same result, so how do i change it back to what it was?

Never reheat Oriental food in the microwave! Just had an experince with that. Tasted like pig poop (not that I have tasted THAT but you get my drift). Cook it slowly in a pot on the stove.

you might try placing the container in a pot of boiling water and letting the soup reconstitute that way. or you can also dump the soup in a pot and heat on low, very slowly ... as it starts to gelatinize, add a bit of water and stir in with a fork (not a spoon, the fork breaks up the jellyness and lets the water mix in). you can add quite a bit of water to it this way, just do it a bit at a time. a lot of the water steams off as you cook, so it won't change the flavor of the soup.

You are not supposed to reheat egg drop soup. I have made it before and it said to eat right away and throw out left over soup.

hmmm... that's a hard one. Try adding a lil water and re-heating it in a pot. Or maybe it's not meant to be reheated?
