If you translate it into Arabic, it wouldn't mean the same as in English. They do admire the whole body, but they don't pick one part of the body as the "derrière". The eyes, the face, hair, height, slender, but not the "b u t t". You can do it in french, it would sound better if you must, since you are not Arabic it won't sound as offensive as if it came from an Arabic girl.
