yeah screen shots ... open the pic you want to use and hit the "print screen" on your keyboard, then you can go paste it in Paint, and save it as a jpg or gif

If you want to do a screen shot just honl ctrl and click "print screen" then go to the program you want them in and hit ctrl v

those files are animation files eg designed to be played via flash player. or via a website etc.. best idea would be to take screen shots, or edit the file and take screen shots etc
