No it sounds like you are a "hoarder" who collects live animals as things.
You should NOT get any more.
It might be a health hazard. I have enough keeping track of my own two cats.
Give some of the cats away to a shelter.
It sounds like you have a situation that could get out of hand and be reported to local animal control people.
I know in the condo complex where I live I would be kicked out if I HAD THAT MANY! The limit for me is 2.
Please give some of your cats away is the bottom line from me to you.
What about all the litter boxes etc.(Gross.)
How do you manage to feed all the cats etc.

There is something to the old saying, "you can have too much of a good thing", and you are getting very close!
Depending on how much room you have, your life style and finances 10 cats can work, but any more you are nearing the 'hoarder' syndrome.
Hoarders aren't bad people, they do it out of love, but the end result is almost always a ugly ending for the animals. They start off with one or two, then add a couple more, then after a while one more doesn't seem to make any difference, before they know it they may have as few as 20 or even up into the hundreds (in extreme cases)
My little Ashley, who is FIV+ and missing an eye was one of the lucky ones. She was rescued from a horder who had 140 cats. Several had to be put down (too ill) the + ones were put into foster homes. Most of the fostered cats will never find homes.
Stop where you are!!! Enjoy what you have. If you feel you really need more, volunteer for one of the rescue groups. There you can get all the contact you need, with out adding to your own family. Also it won't take long to learn about horders.

I dont believe a previous poster who reported you've too many animals...see you later as you are able to preserve them properly..extra means to you! yet I do agree you need to get yet another FIV sensible cat...which may be the acceptable answer!! reliable success!

Well think about this first. Do u hav a big enough house? Do your other cats get along with each other? Can u handle 11 cats or more? And finally do u hav enough money to feed them? If u answered NO or MAYBE to any of these questins then u should not get another cat, but if u answered YES then go right ahead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It depends. If you have plenty of spare time, I would go with a few more cats. Personally, I think ten cats is plenty. Maybe you should get a few dogs!

well, as long as you have the time to spend with them and the money to PROPERLY take care of them and the PROPER amount of space for them to live, you should be able to have as many cats as you want but I wouldn't recommend you getting any more till you learn how to spell.
