I personally think he wants all you anti-gay crusaders to shut up and worry about what really matters! like Iraq! or Iran! or the economy! or the human condition (which gays ARE a part of).
God loves love. And gays sure seem to love life more than anti-gays do.

Women didn't have rights in this country for a long time. Now people in this country feel so burdened by the fact that women in other countries don't have the same rights. Imagine in a few years when the gay community is an accepted and appreciated part of American society and everyone is burden by the fact that gays in other countries don't have the same rights. People are evolving spiritually right now. Just stand for what you know is right and make room for all people in your life. Sooner or later the haters will catch up. What is sad is how many young people are being taught intolerance by their parents and society.

God doesn't pass amendments, he leaves that little stuff to us. He could care less if we decide to let gays marry, He's already given us the rules, its up to us to follow them or not.

Yes but how can we fight battles with other countries and defend our rights when we can't get our own country under wraps.
And God said homosexuality is a sin. God created Man and Woman. not man and man or woman and woman.
