Things to check for
Quality strap - Make sure the shoulder pad is going to last and not cut into shoulder
Check how the strap is attached to bag

Ping has one that the bottom of the bag will adjust so it's always flat on the grunge. Your bag want fall over on a side hill lie.

I have an Ogio Edge stand bag that I bought in January and I absolutley love it. It is a little heavier than some other bags, but the shoulder straps are nice and comfortable and there are a blue million pockets on this bag. It also has the Woode club management system on it and it is the best divider system I have used.

I would suggest the Burton Alpine Stand bag. It is very light has lots of different pockets has a lifetime warranty.
