250 ml freshly squeeze orange juice
250 ml soy yogurt
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
250 g fresh strawberries
1 passion fruit, pressed (optional)

Blend the frozen fruit (banana and strawberries), soy yogurt, passion fruit juice and orange juice with a food processor.
