If you're looking for some you fill out for people to donate to you/whoever you're looking for there could be some at your local dollar store or maybe the Internet to search for the specific kind of donation sheet you're looking for.

well i do not know where you live but i know there is places that gives you things if you qualify.. also here i go to thrift stores and you can get good deals on sheets and comforter sets...i have been to some flea markets and just once i found a like new set for 20 dollars.. well i would be sure you check the sheets out because i bought one set that said they were for queen size bed and they were not they were for a full size bed.. so you have to watch out for that...i ended up giving them to an old friend but i believe i only gave 5 dollars for that set..pretty good deal either way.....well i hope i have helped you...you might call a church cause they sometimes help with things like that..i have heard of them giving beds and things that are needed anyway..
