i always am on the verge of a panic attack while driving to work in the am...i have a 45 min commute......

I would too, people are crazy these days everyone talking on their cell phones not paying attention. you have every right to panic

I would have to say that maybe you have a fear of driving long distances. I too have panicked alittle if I have to drive a long distance especially if it is alone. Maybe it is from fear of crashing , breaking down , or even other drivers on the road.
