Boil a whole chicken on top of stove. When done set aside and debone. Use the same water chicken was boiled in to cook spaghetti and onion. Drain, return spaghetti to pan, add cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. Add chicken and longhorn or cheddar cheese until all is mixed well and melted. It is so good.

Saute your chicken breast 7 min. each side. Cut into small pieces (enuf for a mouthful), and toss into cooked & drained spaghetti in a big bowl along with 3 T olive oil, salt & pepper & grated parmesan cheese. Optional - add 2 chopped fresh tomatoes and some sliced olives, and whatever else is in the fridge, such as a cup of frozen peas or some fresh, uncooked broccolli clusters. Easy-peasy.
