Do a search on it. As long as it is the "extra virgin olive oil" you are getting the best. Personaly, I use Bertoli.
With that said , you still need to decide the "rate or burn rate" of the oil depending on the tempertaure you plan to raise it to. You don't always need or want the EVOO version.

1st pressed extra virgin is the best - in terms of finishing, not necessarily sauteeing or cooking, becuase it is light and it burns at a much lower temperature. However, if you are planning on cooking with it, then choose a light colored olive oil - and any of them would be fine. You only really need to be concerned with olive oil when youre not cooking it, i.e making a dressing.

I don't really know about brands, but look for the words "cold pressed" and "extra virgin" they are the best types of olive oils. If they all are cold pressed AND extra virgin, then just go for the least expensive.

I use bertoli, it's nice. I haven't tried the other ones. I like Delallo too.

Read labels. Lots of them are olive blends (not labeled). Look for 100% olive oil. More expensive but worth it.

Berrtoli lite is what I use. Olive oil is the only oil you ever need.
It's healthy and tastes the best.

organic olive oil, by the cold press method, and with lowest sat fat content, that is the best one.
