Well not shy but not make all the move, not call atleast once a day and not ask them out. Is it ok for us to ask you out? And is it ok to call you, I need some advice here.

I like when a girl is forward. I don't mean overbearing and sounding like a guy, but if 'she' likes 'him' then she should just let him know. I do not like women that do the whole hard to get routine. I always enjoy when a woman calls me and even more getting a phone call to hang out sometime.

yeah it OK to ask us out .but d@m don't fall in love and call 24/7 like your nuts.if it meant to be he will also call once or twice a week that is enough for a relationship just starting out

Definitely prefer women who are not shy, but appreciate a woman who knows the meaning of "sorry, not interested".
Kind of the same as women like men to be.

dam yo i guys like a lot of girls and they think about them 24/7 so even if they like one they are not sure it is soooo much easier to guy if the girl makes the first step

I prefer confident woman who do not hesitate to make the first move. Calling is not advicable if you are not close to each other, a direct approach will be more appreciated.
