NO. hope u were jk. cats hate water and aren't heavy enough to use a flotation device. If u do that ur mean. It's not right to use them as a flotation device.

Yes, of course. But not a live one. They don't lie still and it often causes them to sink. Dead cats work much better. Just a day or so. You don't want it to be too stinky.
