no.. Rh factor is what determines that, and since you are both neg, you can't have a Rh positive baby. That's the way of genetics. ;)

I dont think so....I think the baby would take on one or the other blood types. I am O negative and my babys father is A positive.....my son was born with O negative blood.

I would think so as one of your relatives could be O positive and one of his relatives could have also been O positive it would be a slim chance of it happening but it could--- i have one uncle who is O positive and the rest are all other combinations (8 other uncles and aunts)
