yes, I was saved from that decieved way of thinking in the fifth grade. Y? b/c they worshipped Mary more than Jesus Christ. Even at Christmas. And they r a dead body of believers in the Spirit. They say almost the exact same things every mass. They do b/c they think u have to. But me I have fellowship w/ God and I go to church b/c I love him deeply.

Yes, I was raised Catholic and went to Catholic School.
I am a Christian now and when ever I visity my parents and go to Church with them, I can tell you ,without a doubt I made the right choice.
I have a lot of very strong opinions against the Catholic faith, but I am not sure that they are appropriate for this forum.

How do you recover from being raised a Catholic? I may have resolved my ways of believing in God, but how the hell do you get rid of the guilt? What a question........

I was catholic, pretty much forced upon me due to me being irish. However, that's the exact reason why I abondoned it. I'm putting more faith in my people's native beliefs than some foreign system forced upon them.

yes, and I'm currently doing some intense soul searching. I do, however, have respect for the Catholic church, I just don't feel that I belong
