The average life span of a house cat that lives indoors, but goes outside is about the same as a house cat the lives outdoors and goes inside.

The average life span of a strickly indoor cat is 161/2 yrs. And the average life span of a outdoors cat is approximately 7 years if nothing kills it or harms it in anyway. So the answer is uncertain and could be lost between the years I gave you. I have had both indoors and outdoor cats. It also depends on their health and how they are in general. Good luck with your cat! Pets are wonderful creatures for friendship and companionship for us humans.
