There will be a process to follow through your school system. One cannot just pop in a movie. Probably, preview. Ask your principal in writing. He or she will then approve or take it to the school board. Probably the easiest thing, go to your library, they are already approved.

Depends. One of my teachers in 8th grade put on "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" when we had free periods during exams. Another did "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." Dated, I know, but hilarious nonetheless.
