Some refrigerators have separate monitors for cooling. If you live in an apartment - make sure your manager is aware you're not getting proper response from your 'frig. If you own, check your owners manual to ensure you have proper controls. Also, check to make sure that you don't have foods in the way of the units that produce the air.

Check the thermostat. Most have separate controls for freezer and fridge. Adjust to colder. Then check your door gasket if it's old and worn, the cold air is escaping from around the door. It may need to be replaced.

Check to make sure you are not blocking the vent on the refrigerator side from allowing the cold air to get it. That happened to us one time. We had to many larges bottles on the top shelf were the vent was and once we move things around, it got better instantly!

Did you just buy the refrigerator? If so return it to the store. Call the store. If it is old you may want to buy a new fridge. Or call the manufacturer or look in the yellow pages for refridgerator repair.

there is probably a coolant issue in the refridgeration. This is not something to toy with on your own, if it is within warranty, or has an extended warranty have it checked out or it could get worse.
