I have a 2006 Ford Mustang GT Premium light blue that I'm looking to put racing stripes on. I need suggestions for what colors would go with this "different" paint. I'd say go with the silver, definitely.
But google it, check out some mustang sites, you can see some cars with stripes already on them to give you a better idea of the outcome.

Well I do think if you like racing stripes go ahead & put them on. I personally love them, & well I think silver is a good look on the blue...or you could go with black if you want a sharper look...for now I have a '04 Silver & I'm putting black racing stripes on it next month so I think they'd look great! By the way the car is very pretty.

Well, I think that blue cars look good with white chrome stripes. But there are a lot of other colors that look good with blue too.
But the white chrome may look a little mediocre, so possibly it may be best to not have racing stripes.
Anyway, I think that white chrome is the best color stripe with the blue.

In my opinion, the colour of the racing stripes on your car doesn't matter... Putting racing stripes on a 2006 Ford Mustang, will ruin your car no matter what colour they are.

I looked at the picture it is a beautiful car. I personally wouldn't put racing stripes on it. But if you are going to white would be best.

First of all, I must say, That's the right choice you made. And the paint looks slick on it! Go in for a more muscular win Black-Stripes running over the entire length of the car starting from the bonnet to the Dicky.. That'll make it look more appealing. Trust me!

Its Simple. Black C stripes on side , a flat black spoiler, and Black louvers and then you got yourself the very first 06 MACH 1!!! also pick up a couple Decals from your Local Ford dealer off of the 04 Mach's

OK,I checked out your ride.You can just leave the car "as is" and it looks great.IF you decide you have to do something to it I would suggest #1) add a shaker hood scoop #2) put flat black stipes on it to resemble a "Boss Mustang" #3) add slats to the rear window You will have the hottest Stang around.

Beautiful car!!! I have one just like it in black and mine has white racing stripes so that's what I would recommend.
