pepper than salt....mmmm sooo good... and if it can be included in there instead of regualar salt... Garlic Salt is the best :)

Pepper and no salt. Most americans have way too much salt in their diet and it causes high blood pressure. Stay away from salt.

Salt (though I try to use as little as possible--blood pressure), I need some sort of salt on beef. Pepper I only use on a few things, and sparingly.

I am somewhat discerning on the addition of s & p, I only add salt if the food is somewhat bland tasting, and there are only certain foods that I like pepper added.
