It is most likely gastric adenocarcinoma, advanced stage with metastases in the liver and nodes.
Unfortunately the prognosis is not very good. Chemotherapy and radiation are usually needed.

I don't know anything about this cancer; unfortunately, however, these questions bring out the snake-oil salesmen in full force. Diet, herbs, etc., are no replacement for medical treatment. Talk w/your doctor - bring a pad & pen & your written questions - take notes. Best of wishes.
