ever try a liquid herbal supplement called rescue remedy? u can get it at vitamin/health food stores and it has a very calming effect. my mom worked at a holistic doctors office for a while and all of the employees kept bottles of it on their desks! i have used it from time to time and it just sort of calms u. i have a friend who takes a couple drops of it every night before bed to help her sleep. try it out. anything is worth a shot at this point! u need to calm down so u are well rested for your wedding day! good luck :)

Exercise and stay busy. I know it's hard to see it now, but after the wedding's over you're going to think "Why in the world was I so nervous!?"

Get a lot of exercise, or anything that will exhaust you. Don't take anything but long hot baths or warm milk.
