They make 2 very small incisions in the scrotum and remove the testicles. It is not like a vasectomy. A vasectomy leaves the testicles and therefore leaves the hormones and the desire to spray,roam,and fight.

they remove the testes, one from each testicle, through a small incision in each one. the incisions are usually left to close on their own. they may or may not shave the area. they still look anatomicaly correct just the testicles will stay small and not enlarge as they would with an unfixed male.
