First I want to say.....WAY TO GO!!!
It's very hard to lose weight, you should be very proud of yourself!
Sometimes when a person loses weight they gain a lot of attention they never had before. Sometimes the person who loses weight gains more self-respect and pride. Sometimes when someone loses weight, their attitude and demeanor changes. Some people feel threatened when someone they know has gone through a major weight change, whether they gain or lose weight. Sounds like your friend feels threatened by the change in you, whether it is your weight or maybe your attitude has changed....maybe you are too confident and they feel less important to you.
And maybe, she's just jealous of the fact that you have changed and she isn't getting the same attention as you. If that's the case, there really isn't anything you can do to make her feel better about herself.
Talk to her about it, ask her what's bothering her. If you find out that she is envious of the new you, you have to decide whether you want to keep the friendship and work on it, or let her go her own way if there doesn't seem to be a solution.
Good luck!

maybe you've become conceded and superficial? that would explain it a lot better, a long time friend isn't just going to start being jealous out of no where.
looks really don't matter as much as it seems like you think they do.

She may also wish that she could do the same. She ought to know that you're still the same person -- you are, aren't you? You haven't let your body go to your head?
You might let her know that you feel hurt.
