I called the vet's office and they are supposed to call me back shortly but Im just wonderinf if any one has seen something like this, what it could be and why do only two have it. Also the two kittens that have this look the same.

Newborn kittens can have a variety of different problems. Is the mother of the kittens a new mother or has she had kittens before? If the mother cat for whatever reason doesn't clean their faces, try this and show the mother her two children need to have their faces "washed" by her. Place a few tiny drops of warm canned milk on them, on or nearby the areas to which you have mentioned. Pick up the kitten, and place the kitten in front of her. If she is a good mother, she will lick the babies faces and clean them up. Don't put the milk directly inside the ears, just nearby. Or you could take a q-tip and swipe some canned milk on the kittens face. Try this many times in the next day or two and see if the problems correct themselves. If not, take the kittens and the mother to the vet. They may even have some kind of fungus too. You won't know for sure if you don't take them to the vet. Good luck! Cats and kittens are very precious animals that humans can enjoy!

You should also know that kittens are notorious for carrying ringworm, so just to be safe make sure and wash up after handling them, and get any strange spots on yourself checked out. Take them to a vet to check them for ringworm, too. It's a very simple test, and very easy to treat should they come up positive.

This is completely normal. It's just a cold, but you might want to take the kittens to a vet just to be safe.
