My daughter ships puppies. She had to get a vet to give it a certificate document proving it was in good health and disease free. Then she contacked the air port and made arrangements with them to ship the puppy by carrier. She took the puppy to the airport and paid all the fees and that's all there really is to it.The new owner contacked her once the puppy was picked up.

You should be careful who you givse your puppy to. People can hurt them make sure they have a licanse to ship live cargo.
