that is the cutest thing just tell her how you really feel take her out on a romantic date give her flowers tell her that she is beutiful tell her all the sweet things that she wants to here treat her like the princess that she really is and treat her like you have never treated any one before,

You are no longer a boy. You don't love one of the girls at "universiti", maybe you have a crush on a girl because you like her looks. A man can approach a woman he doesn't know politely, ask her if he may talk with her. Whatever she says you must respect.

I have the same problem. My idea is to start small and work up. EX. talk to her a little each day. after a while ask if she can help on some homework and keep going up.

You don't say if you know her at all, if you are friends, good friends, or have never even spoken.
Put yourself in her place. Would you want some guy stumbling up to you, blabbering how much he loves you, and you barely know him? Think about it.
You have to create a relationship with her. You are infatuated, not in love.

um..well, if you can live with watching her wrapped in the arms of another man when you could have been that person..then i say you don't do anything. But if you really want to get a chance with this woman, you gotta get off of your seat and get your gear on! Better to get rejected than to regret.! ^_^ good luck!
