I wish it was buttered pop-corn and ice-cream, but it is not.
The food that you can eat the most of and lose weight would be the items that would take more calories to eat than you gain by consuming them.
Like celery and carrots. Fresh vegetables, fruits, honey, and non-fat yogurt are some of my favorites.

"Anything green," my mother always says. Although you could eat anything until you are sick, I've even heard of people overdosing on water to get high, ridiculous, but true. So I suppose, everything in moderation, sorry.

White fish such as flounder...salmon if ok too. Also most vegetables but not the starchy ones like potatoes and carrots.

fruits and veggies but i think there are fruits and veggies that aren't good when not taken in moderation so we still need to be careful of what we eat.

go to a diabetic nutrition site and look for what they call free foods!i know that lettuce is one!and there are other veggies too!
