Those are signs of many things... It could be vertigo, it could be a urinary infection or just the stomach virus -- if no food goes in, nothing comes out -- with the dizzy spells from the dehydration of vomiting and no food. But no, not brain tumor.
What you need is to go to a regular doctor NOW! You do not need to wait 7 days through not being able to eat or urinate before you have a professional see to you -- go to the emergency room if need be! If you are vomiting a lot and cannot drink water, then you are definitely in serious need of emergency care.

Dizziness and nausea and vomiting can be a sign related to increased intracranial pressure from brain mass or other causes.
They are not specific and can be from other reasons as well.
If you indeed have these problems, it is time to go to the doctor!
They can start IV and give you fluid plus medication for the nausea if indicated.
Blood tests and other x-rays may be needed after thorough history and physical exam of course.
Hope you feel better.

Sounds like you have some dehyderation going on. and quite possibly and inner ear infection. It doesn't necassarily mean you have a tumor. However you need to be seen, not urinating could mean your system is shutting down. Dizziness and vomitting are quite often symptoms of other problems.

It could be lots of things, not necessarily a brain tumor. Doesn't mean it isn't. I had headaches, but not dizziness and it was a brain tumor. Go get yourself checked out. You shouldn't be having headaches and being dizzy without a reason.

youre dehydrated.....not eating for 7 days is your cause...and you shouldnt be vomitting anything if your not eating......better start eating and drinking or else you will start to do some serious damage to your system....i.e. low glucose levels..can lead to unconsciousness that you yourself cant reverse only medical providers can...cardiac arrythmia's due to low potassium/sodium etc..which all down the road can lead to organ failure then death...if you are so stressed out or whatever reason it is that youve decide not to eat then you need to get to the ER to begin treatment medical and psychological if needed
