Like I see him and he sees me but he keeps on with his friends and he barley even talks to me other than when he's on the phone.
He says that he's shy but I don't believe that.
What does this mean?

Either he isn't "really" interested in you or he is ignoring you because he might feel "embarassed" around you. You need to sit him down and talk to him about it. If he doesn't listen to you or doesn't want to talk then he isn't worth the pain. Let him go and find a person who will want to be with you and talk to you in public. Good luck!

this mean hes not fellin u no mo and just dont want to break up whit u cause he want somethin or hes embarrassed of u. what u should do is when u see him again (not on the phone) ask him does he really like u because ur gettin the fellin that he dont like u any more. or u just can break up with him.

It means that he is shy around girls and not guys(boys). That is what happends to me but i get them use to it don't ask how because i don't know how i do it.
Well this is what happend to me, i would give him choices to talk about on the phone and he would pick one and then he would talk. That is what worked for me so hopefully it might work for you.

Boys tend to be looked for. They want to act important when they are surrounded by friends. What you should wear something that will bring attention and when comes up to you.....ignore his ***. The other option....don't waste your time with him. Good luck.

because he is a shallow and mean person who is not worthy to be with you. he is a player who likes to play head games. dump him and find some one a little more grown up.

well, he is shy, or embarrassed to be going out with you (no offense), so i would break up with him because you need a man who will support you and not be afraid to talk to you.
