Yes Dreamweaver is easy one.... i use PHP but Flash makes the websites complete... animations motions... WOW!

Dreamweaver. it kinda costs a bit but its the easiest to use.

for beginner use frontpage...is cheaper and easier to use. Dreamweaver is great but costly.

i personaly like dreamweaver, it costs alot but it works great
