I think it is a compliment but be careful because it seems as if she doesn't think U r being the real U, inwhich she may turn this good thing around to get the true u out. Hopefully u stay the same and there is nothing she can do to make ur behavior change. GOOD LUCK!

Be Leary. Chances are she meant well, but you probably are "to good to be true". If you two do not know each other all that well yet, she probably has a perception of you in her head and chances are it is not accurate. I am not putting you down in any way, but judgment can be clouded by initial attraction. There may be things about you she doesn't know yet that may make her crazy or turned off later. NO BODY is perfect. I think it is a complement and I hope you can be yourself and let her get to know the true you. (if you haven't already) Maybe you really are her Mr. Right...

I wish someone would tell me I was to good to be true! Yes it's a compliment. Take all of them that you can get and smile.

I would say that it depends on the context in which it was said. Also, what did you say or do at the time when she said it? Often in this world, there are wolves in sheep's clothing. Sometimes it is refreshing to see someone not spoiled or jaded by the world outside, sometimes it's a matter of time before we become what we hate. I think in your situation, it was a compliment, but one that is conditional. In that, I mean, that as long as you have been completely honest and completely real, AND you are not letting others tell you what to do. She sounds like perhaps she has been burned before and is taking this one little step at a time until she is convinced...

sounds like a compliment to me but make sure that you live up to what you are saying. don't make what she has said to be a put down. be what you say you are and you should be Okay.

That's a tough question.
Did she tell you that while breaking up with you? If so, then she isn't ready for someone like you.
If the two of you are still going out then I would say she is nervous that you are not being your true self.
Good Luck
