If you are really asking this question...does that mean you are considering this? Does your GF know you have been approached by her FATHER???? this question is just crazy on so many levels. My first reaction is to tell you to RUN!
Its just wrong and extremely sick. Swingers are a sexually open society, but this issue crosses the line and makes their world ugly. Saying he is a swinger doesnt give him the right to mess with everyone! ECH! I would make sure he isn't joking. if he is not, I would truly consider turning him in, his daughter may be in danger.

Refuse. Then report him to a child abuse center or the cops, for the sake of your friend, a man that wants to screw his own daughter and her friend is obviously a pervert and is not ment to raise a daughter and needs help.

That is disgusting and perverted. He is talking about his daughter here! Do you really want his own daughter, your girlfriend doing, doing another guy. That guy being her father. You need to report him or something. That is totally sick and he needs to get some help. He is deeply disturbed!

Tell him no, you are not interested and do not reply him back if he insists asking you to join him! Talk to your girlfriend about this, you need to be together to fight this cultured behavior of her father!

Does he want to get involved with you, touching, or does he just want to do his own daughter?
Or does he want you both to join him swinging with other people?
The latter could be interesting, the former not.
