You need to take the cat to the vet. He will just keep passing it on to you and others that visit the house.

Take it to the vet...or.....you can buy home dip. It's a liquid that you sit the cat in and it will help get rid of the mange. It has to be done a few times, the directions are on the label. However, if the mange has progressed into it's worst stage, you'll have to have the cat put down. It will suffer if you don't. But take it to a vet and let them examine your cat. They can also give you the most effective treatment.

take cat to vet, aside from the topical treatment, anit biotics maybe needed depending on the severity of the case. YOu will not be able to get this over the counter. This can only be purchased at vet. she can get secondary bacterial skin infections from mange.

There is no home remedy. Go to Pet smart and buy Sulphadene. Then go to a doctor

I don't know if it works but I was told good old fashioned motor oil on the fur will get rid of it.
