You could go to superpages.com and use the reverse phone lookup and if the number is published, it'll give you a name and address, but if it's unpublished, it won't. The only other option is to pay about $15 to get the info. Depends on how important this number is. I've listed two websites for you.

Try the reverse lookup feature on Anywho.com
You enter the area code and phone number and it tells you who and where.
Of course, it does not work for unlisted numbers.

Try ANYWHO.com they have a reverse look-up function. It won't work if it's unlisted or a cell phone though.
